There should be a section called Community Threads' where you have communites post there servers, IP, Screenshots, information which meet a good requirement.

Here's a good example of a HL2RP server on a different community: http://forums.cloudsixteen.com/threads/ ... lay.14997/

Hey, sorry for the late response but we have this section: viewforum.php?f=17 allowing to advertise your own servers in the future, or are you talking of outside bully-mp projects?
