Make vehicles less OP

I sure know no one will want this cause it's fun to hit people over and over again with a vehicle when they have no way of fighting back.
But i still hope you guys can do something to reduce their power , always when i play the game some stressed out guy that didn't even bother to chose a skin or name comes and runs me over until i get knocked out , i cannot get up at all because of the duration of the animation.
